We are planning on constructing a beautiful distillery deep in the woods, tall and stoic above the trees: a building for the ages. We’ve drawn upon Victorian Industrialism, modernism, Ancient Roman & Medieval Gothic architecture to create a structure that will be both useful & magnificent. We’re inspired, and we hope our building, our methods, and our products will inspire you as well! We want something that will be a joy to work in and a joy to visit. We’re breaking ground in the Spring of 2019
